The terrorist attack on Israel on October 7th took the lives of more than 1200 Israelis, with more than 240 others taken hostage by Hamas. We are still reeling as our hearts ache for those still being held captive, the grieving who have lost their homes and loved ones, and all innocent people who are in harm’s way, both Israelis and Palestinians.

One way we can bring some light to these dark days is to help some of those most profoundly impacted.CBE member Nogah Rotstein shared with us the terrible news that two of her cousins who live in K’far Aza, a kibbutz in the south, were kidnapped during the atrocities and are still being held hostage. We pray for the safe return of Gilli and Ziv and are also taking action in their honor. CBE has committed to partnering with K’far Aza, which was nearly razed to the ground and lost many of its members to Hamas’ violence, including parents of children who are now orphans. As they find their way toward healing, we can help this community acquire the items they need most urgently now, and ultimately support them in rebuilding their home.

As K'Far Aza finds their way to healing, we can help this community acquire the items they need most urgently now, and ultimately support them in rebuilding their home.

Help CBE to walk with the K’far Aza community during this difficult time, that they will know that they are not alone.

Donations of all amounts are welcome and will be forwarded along in full to the K'var Aza community.
