Welcome to CBE

At CBE, membership is open to all who wish to explore their connection to Jewish culture, spirituality, religious practice, and education.

We strive to be absolutely inclusive—to provide access to Judaism to individuals and families at every stage of life; to those who are Jews by birth, Jews by choice, and non-Jewish family members; to those who have led actively Jewish lives and those who are seeking to discover what Judaism means to them. We welcome members of every gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, age, and ability.

We use this information for pastoral reasons, to connect members with each other, and to understand our growing congregation. If you are willing to share, please select all that apply from the list above.
Membership Category and Payment Information

Once you complete this application, you'll receive a welcome email from our team and a statement for the standard annual commitment.

Our membership year runs from July 1 to June 30 of each year. We prorate dues halfway and three-quarters of the way through the year. Members are automatically renewed, but not automatically charged. 

Annual commitments are age-based. If there are two adults in your household, you will both be considered members. We feel that it's important for all family members to be welcomed and included at CBE's events, programs, and services. In two adult households, commitments are charged based on the age of the elder adult member. If you have an adult member of your household who feels strongly that they not be considered a member, please let us know in the additional comments below.
